I was told it might take several hours to put on a hitch. Go figure. When I got there Jack said about an hour. Turned out to be 45 minutes. They had never installed one on a Bolt before. Body shop did a great job buffing out scratches on door. Very friendly service. However they forgot one area to do on door. I also had a reminder note taped to dashboard.
