I have not had any service work done so cannot comment. I had an accident on 12/2/22 and had my car towed to Symdon in Mt Horeb for an estimate. The estimate was done on 12/14/2022. It showed it to be repa I had an accident on 12/2/22 and had my car towed to Symdon in Mt Horeb for an estimate. The estimate was done on 12/14/2022. It showed it to be repairable but because of workload it would probably be the 2nd week in Feb. before they could get to it. I rented a car paid for through my Ins. company from 12/14/22 until 1/11/2023. On 1/11/23 I rented the car myself until 2/01/23 for about $800+. On 2/03/23 I was notified that after looking at the car again it was deemed to be totaled out. I was told I would get a loaner car while they were working on mine so I was looking forward to that. I have been without a car since12/2/22. I don't have bad feelings about Symdon but it would have been much nicer to have had the car totaled in Dec to avoid going this long without one... The girls in the body shop office were very helpful in trying to keep me informed. More
