My first time dealing with Symdon Motors in Mount Horeb. I purchased a vehicle from them, when it was due for an oil change I took it to Symdon to have the service performed ( first oil change and tire ro I purchased a vehicle from them, when it was due for an oil change I took it to Symdon to have the service performed ( first oil change and tire rotation is FREE ) I was pleased with the service. I was a little disappointed that when I looked at the invoice, they did not disclose what they charge for the service, It would have been nice to know the cost so I can compare what they charge compared to other competitors. The only problem I had was the oil change was supposed to be free, 2 free ones from my purchase, and I was told I needed to pay $68. I was able to talk a no charge finally, but had to give up a tire rotation be free, 2 free ones from my purchase, and I was told I needed to pay $68. Very friendly and professional place! I got my estimate right when I showed up, I needed it fast. They fixed my car in a timely manner and wanted to give me a loner car without me asking.
