My battery died. I called Sykora Ford, they came and jumped it so I was able to drive it to the dealership and have a new battery put in. I was on my way in about 45 minutes. Very disappointed that we signed up and paid for 5 year warranty on all parts from bumper to bumper it reads, and then when we had to pay to have our problem fixed. The young man Kolt Kapavik was a very warranty on all parts from bumper to bumper it reads, and then when we had to pay to have our problem fixed. The young man Kolt Kapavik was a very good salesman and tried to help us. He treated us with the most upmost respect. But when we had to have this attended to, 'they' said it was not included in the warranty. To me when you buy a warranty and it says bumper to bumper that means the whole vehicle, right? But according to Ford Motor company guess not. We have bought Fords since the 1960's and the Ford company has always stood by what they advertise. Seems to me those values have disappeared. Brenda J. Also, I would expect the employees in the service center to review, with the customer, the results of the multipoint inspection, but that was not done. But then a few days later, I receive an e-mail saying that there is important maintenance still needed. More
