Took my wife's 2016 versa 4 speed automatic in for a ATF transmission fluid change on 1-11-2021 @ 70875 miles , fast forward transmission started to make a noise took in in again 8-2-2022 @ 79204 miles was transmission fluid change on 1-11-2021 @ 70875 miles , fast forward transmission started to make a noise took in in again 8-2-2022 @ 79204 miles was told transmission was bad , had codes indicated on computer , I was told it would cost $4200 to replace (cvt transmission ) wrong we have a 4 speed automatic !!! Took it to a transmission repair shop for 2nd opinion they did not service transmission only listened to it no charge they said drive it till the noise got louder then replace the transmission , noise got louder took it to another nissan dealership 1-9-2023 @ 80992 miles they flushed transmission and found CVT transmission fluid mixed with ATF in transmission, I informed swoope nissan they said that to much time had elapsed & they didn't put the wrong fluid in transmission ( tough luck your on your own ) not paying period !! In less than 10,000 miles destroyed our transmission. More

I bought a used 2013 Nissan Altima with 32,500 miles on it in 2016 and last month the car satisfied with the service and the performance of the car. I researched the issue on the web and found out that the 2013 Nissan Altima was ranked as the worst car to purchase due to the faulty CVT transmission that fails at around 53k. I have 52 and change on mine. Despite the fact that a settlement in Tenn. settled last year on Aug.21,2020, i was informed that my extended warranty ran out on Aug.16,2020. More

I have used the swope dodge and toyota service departments and was welled pleases but took one to the nissan dealership and left it 3 weeks and it has more issues now than when i took it their se departments and was welled pleases but took one to the nissan dealership and left it 3 weeks and it has more issues now than when i took it their service department is a total joke my 4 year old grandson would have done a better job they couldnt even tell me what it needed to fix oh but they didnt forget to charge 47500 for doing nothing More

Selling wrecked truck Saw a 2018 Nissan truck used with 11,000 miles looked new price was low which raised a red flag. They worked there deal offered me a deal to take my car and pay new truck price for their wrecked one. They should teach shady dealing 101, I still have a record of never bought a new or used car or truck in E-town because of very bad deals here. Very sad cant buy a car local instead of having to go out of town for purchase and service. Swope Jeep service so far has been good maybe they should teach sales a few tricks on taking care of customers. More

Came close to complete satisfaction My salesman Evan was professional, kind and very easy to work with. However, Evan was off work the following day when I returned to close the sale. To keep this review short and simple, I felt like I had just spent thousands of dollars on a purchase and yet was being unappreciated for doing so. The person that was to act on Evan’s behalf was totally inconsiderate!!! Had it not been for another staff(manager I think) over hearing the conversation I had with that financial manager, I would have been expected to leave the dealership with my oil indicator light on and an empty tank of gas!!!!! That was horrible!!! Thank you to the management staff that made sure I was treated with respect and my money was appreciated!!!!! More
