I have a 2024 Tacoma that I bought at another dealership. Swickard is close to where I live now. They are like a well oiled machine in their service department. Every time I bring my RAV4 to Swickard Toyota in Edmonds, WA for routine service, I have the pleasure of working with Service Advisor Seita. He is consistently thoughtful, professional, and personable. When I recently called to schedule an appointment, I was booked for the very next morning—quick and convenient. Shortly afterward, Seita reached out to ask if I’d need a loaner vehicle, since the service I was a bit larger than usual. That level of attention to detail is so appreciated! Despite running a little late the next morning (my apologies!), Seita and the service team welcomed me with kindness and handled everything smoothly, even during a busy time. Their flexibility and friendly reassurance meant a lot. Seita also kept me updated as my vehicle was finishing up and went the extra mile by helping me reload my belongings into the car. I’m consistently impressed by the level of service at Swickard Toyota. Seita, in particular, is a true asset to the team! More
Seita, the service person who took care of us, is a real treasure. The navigation panel/radio unit on our 18 month old Prius Prime has malfunctioned from the first week we had it. We were taking it to another dealer but were always told that, since they couldn't reproduce the problem, they couldn't fix it. They also said that if they couldn't reproduce it Toyota wouldn't reimburse them for the work. We went to Swickard and talked with Seita. After we described the problems he told us to let him know if it happened again and he would order a new part. It happened again; we talked with Seita and he ordered a new one. We're delighted with his service. In addition, the "guest lounge" is airy and clean. Great coffee is provided at no charge. The restrooms are also very clean and well maintained. More
