From the beginning to the end the entire experience was regrettable. Several details prior to my used car purchase can only be described as very poor business ethics. In my opinion the comment I made about ethics is a result of poor training, lack of experience and dishonesty. It was very hard to get answers from the salesmen who worked with me. The answers I was given differed with each person I spoke to. I've lost a lot of sleep over the deal and I don't want to re-live the long list of details. So that is the extent of my review. Take your time when dealing with Magic Toyota. Be careful. Do not assume that the same standard of excellence that is synonymous with the name Toyota will be available at Magic. Magic Toyota Scion is my number one choice for all my auto needs. Although I did not purchase my truck there they treat me as though I did. We come to Magic Toyota because of the attention their staff gives us. There is nothing worse than walking onto a car lot and having someone attack you with questions of what u are looking for. We have purchased 3 vehicles...... all from Magic. We trust Khing and that's a big deal when it comes to servicing our car. We NEVER feel like "Magic is out to take our money". Khing always gives us facts and tells us if things need fixing now or if it can wait....... and how long we have before it needs replacing. I wouldn't take our car to anyone else! More

I had serious misgivings about trying again ; however this dealership took the time to let me test-drive a number of vehicles, answered all my questions, and let my agent carefully analyze and review all the sale paperwork before finalizing the deal. The dealership is honest, trustworthy, and takes good care of its customers, and that's is coming from a long-time FORD, GMC, and former Chevrolet car owner. Their scheduled maintenance is always done right and they also check other things such as tires, and fluid levels during a scheduled oil-change. More
