BUYER BEWARE! !! Seriously!!! We are an out of state buyer and saw from many reviews (other web postings too) that they are shady with pre-owned sales transactions. !! Seriously!!! We are an out of state buyer and saw from many reviews (other web postings too) that they are shady with pre-owned sales transactions. We were to the point of talking about how to transfer funds after working on a 2011 Rav 4 Limited ~ Forest Pearl (rare car) with 79,613 miles they posted on their webpage that morning. We had direct conversation with a salesperson from 10AM until 7PM, texting and talking live many times and they sold the car to another person in the dealership by 7PM, as we were working on how to send funds. We were not even made aware that someone else was looking at the car! So frustrating! They don’t even offer to accept a down payment while conducting your due diligence on a vehicle. The sales person (Sean Amir) was incredibly helpful, but then wouldn’t answer my phone call as to how to transfer funds. We got the news that another sales person sold it thru a text from him instead Upper Mngmt. will say that they will warn you in advance that they can’t “hold the car” while you’re doing due diligence in looking at the reports and videos that the preowned salesman sends and works hard to make a professional sale. Several managers would not even answer to talk live when the problem occurred. UNPROFESSIONAL Dealership obviously doesn’t stick up for their hard-working sales people or an out-of-town buyer. WALK AWAY FROM ANY POSTING Unless you are local and CAN BE IN PERSON because that’s the only way to be working on a vehicle with this dealership. Walk away for sure! More

The car was not ready after 8 hours and the service advisor never called me. I called to inquire but nobody returned my call so I showed up at 4:30 PM to pick up my car - still not ready . A few minor kinks to work out before this new ownership can match the old Toyota 101. More

Neil is the most awesome service rep. he got my car done quickly, so I could drive myself to my zumba class, and we didn't have to use the back up plan of the driver taking me there and he got my car done quickly, so I could drive myself to my zumba class, and we didn't have to use the back up plan of the driver taking me there and back. He finds me the most cost effetive ways of getting things fixed. I could not be happier! More
