My scheduled service appointment was for an A12 service. Only had oil change which took longer because of a back up. Only oil change done. I asked for 2 screws to be replaced on engine air filter housing. B Only had oil change which took longer because of a back up. Only oil change done. I asked for 2 screws to be replaced on engine air filter housing. Before leaving I checked, but the screws had not been placed so had to wait longer for this to be done. More
