Purchasing my Cruze from Silver Star Chevrolet was by far my best car buying experience ever. I have purchased and leased a number of cars over the years but this was the easiest most worry free experience. my best car buying experience ever. He wasn't your typical pushy salesman. Once we agreed to a deal I dealt with the business manager Mel and he wasn't your typical business manger he went over a few products but didn't bombard me with them. Silver Star is not your typical car dealership. Great staff, great service and my Cruze is a great car. The only issue that I had was that I didn't know that they were there. I visited a number of dealerships before contacting COSTCO and being told that Silver Star was my local dealership. I drive down T.O Blvd everyday and never noticed the store. Get the word out guys more people need to experience this not so typical car dealer. Thanks Mike and Mel!!! More

After reading reviews on the Cruze, and showing an interest, I was contacted almost immediately by Chris Lopez. He took me for a test drive and pointed out some of the features. I came back the follow interest, I was contacted almost immediately by Chris Lopez. He took me for a test drive and pointed out some of the features. I came back the following day as the salesperson at Kemp Ford was not hospitable. I liked Chris's approach as he was not "pushy" but friendly and amicable. While going over the price with me and then going to his manager, Bill, he offered to get me a bottle of water or a soda. Once the price was settled, and before I drove off in my new car, he again asked me if there was anything I wanted him to go over.He give me the manuals for both the car and On Star and showed me a smaller version of the car's manual, a fast study so to speak. Chris also let me know that if I had any questions or needed to come in for anything, he would be there to go over whatever was needed. Bill, his manager, said the same thing. I would recommend Silver Star Dealership to anyone. More
