After reading reviews on the Cruze, and showing an interest, I was contacted almost immediately by Chris Lopez. He took me for a test drive and pointed out some of the features. I came back the follow interest, I was contacted almost immediately by Chris Lopez. He took me for a test drive and pointed out some of the features. I came back the following day as the salesperson at Kemp Ford was not hospitable. I liked Chris's approach as he was not "pushy" but friendly and amicable. While going over the price with me and then going to his manager, Bill, he offered to get me a bottle of water or a soda. Once the price was settled, and before I drove off in my new car, he again asked me if there was anything I wanted him to go over.He give me the manuals for both the car and On Star and showed me a smaller version of the car's manual, a fast study so to speak. Chris also let me know that if I had any questions or needed to come in for anything, he would be there to go over whatever was needed. Bill, his manager, said the same thing. I would recommend Silver Star Dealership to anyone. More

This dealer was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO rude. I would never use them EVER. We walked out and ended up going to Paradise Chevrolet, getting the price we wanted (which this dealer told me that Paradise was LYING and them EVER. We walked out and ended up going to Paradise Chevrolet, getting the price we wanted (which this dealer told me that Paradise was LYING and wouldnt be able to give the price). He was rude, treated us horribly and wasnt even willing to listen to a word we had to say. Costco had referred us to this dealership through their program and we were supposed to get a "special price" for Costco members. This dealer tried to explain to me that the price wasnt right because they hadnt figured in his salary or the cost of electricity to run the dealership. IM SORRY WHAT???? Never ever will I step foot on this lot again. More
