Clean. Friendly and Accomodating!!! Bought my CPO Silverado 1 1/2 year ago from Silverstar. Took it to Rydell which was closer to me for service. Completely un-satisfactory. Coolant system repair during fire storm During the Thomas fire in Ventura my car began overheating while loaded with what I needed in case of evacuation. It happened on Tuesday during the wo During the Thomas fire in Ventura my car began overheating while loaded with what I needed in case of evacuation. It happened on Tuesday during the worst of the storm. On Wednesday I spent hours trying to find someone to repair it but shops were closed or down to 1 or 2 mechanics. I stumbled upon your number by accident while searching and was so happy to be able to get an appointment for the next day. My only complaint is that my car wasn't looked at that day, but by that time the fire was moving away from Ventura and I wasn't feeling quite so stranded and terrified. It was repaired yesterday and my service representative was charming and helpful "don't ya know" 😃 More
