Gio was great and Josh the manager at the time was helpful. There was no internet service at the time and Gio acquired a T-Mobile hotspot so we could do business. That part was painless. New to the Dealership but said he'd been doing auto finance for 20 or 30+ years. It took about an hour and a half and 2 times signing the paperwork remotely, he was always apologizing, when it was completed (or so I thought) he told me that I'd get an email with all the documents by the time I got home. NOPE. Then, I needed to go back in because he missed having me sign another DMV form. At the time I reminded him about the email with the sales documents, "yes as soon as this final paper work is in I'll email them all. THREE days after purchasing the car, I called and talked with the current sales manager about the lack of documents. I was told that Mike would get back to me soon and I'd either get an email or the manager would bring it to my home since I'm local. I finally received an email with all the documents about 6pm 3 days after I left the dealership with my car. I had been at the dealership for almost 6 hours. I'd rate the people I worked with but the list looks like the Silver Star staff. More

Very pleasant, convenient appointment for service. Text notifications kind of intermittent ( busy day ) not real fond of that system. service performed was excellent. The service department lacks help up front. They need more people due to one person running around and can’t even finish their job. The service department has gone down hill since they sold the place and it seems they are more interested in trying to show they have a place than to keep it running nicely. They need to work on their communication in this department. I will add I am not upset with Hunter, he was doing his best but needs help. More
Service person was trying very hard to up sell me. Said things that were just not true. He was unaware of the Costco discount program. Told me I would have trouble replacing the cabin air filter myself after I said I had done it on a Honda Pilot. Said the quality of the filter offered through amazon.com was not good. More
