The service department lacks help up front. They need more people due to one person running around and can’t even finish their job. The service department quoted me a different price than what I paid and I now have to take it back because things were not fixed. The service department has gone down hill since they sold the place and it seems they are more interested in trying to show they have a place than to keep it running nicely. They need to work on their communication in this department. I will add I am not upset with Hunter, he was doing his best but needs help. More
Service person was trying very hard to up sell me. Said things that were just not true. He was unaware of the Costco discount program. Told me I would have trouble replacing the cabin air filter myself after I said I had done it on a Honda Pilot. Said the quality of the filter offered through amazon.com was not good. More

The actual service performed was good. And it wasn’t Hunter’s fault that the service department at the Chevrolet dealership did not contact me or put a bigger sign telling customers that t And it wasn’t Hunter’s fault that the service department at the Chevrolet dealership did not contact me or put a bigger sign telling customers that they need to go to the Cadillac dealership service department for service. I arrived before my appointment & had to walk around to find someone who told me to go someplace else. The note on the door was only visible when I walk around a truck & divider to get to the door to see if anyone was in the office. Hunter took care of me when I found the Cadillac service department on the next street. & even offered to drive me over to the post office across Thousand Oaks Blvd. He texted & came over to the waiting lounge to let me know when my car was finished. Whoever is in charge of the service department at the Chevrolet side should have had a large sign at the driveway directing customers to the other service area. More

This was a far better experience than what we went through at a different Chevy dealership, so we appreciate it! More
I dropped off my brand-new truck due to there being an issue with the transmission. After a week with no contact, I had to reach out to them to find out the status of the vehicle. I then learned there was issue with the transmission. After a week with no contact, I had to reach out to them to find out the status of the vehicle. I then learned there was a part in the transmission that was faulty, and they had no extra parts in stock. I was told we would have to wait for a part to be manufactured. *11 weeks later*, after I again reach out to them (they never contacted me with updates, I always reached out to them), I learned the part had arrived and the vehicle would be ready the following day. Three days later, the truck is finally ready. I go to pick it up and no one warned me their service department was closed and I would have to walk to the Buick dealership down the street. Even though they knew I was coming, I had to wait for over 30 minutes because my truck was boxed in by numerous other vehicles and they had to dig it out. Then I learn they had put over 220 miles on my truck. It would have been nice if they at least replaced the fuel they used. So far the vehicle works fine, but the communication was extremely poor. I have owned my electric vehicle for 2 years now and my experience with the Swickard Chevrolet Service department has mostly been not so great. I did have a wonder young woman that was super and Phillip th experience with the Swickard Chevrolet Service department has mostly been not so great. I did have a wonder young woman that was super and Phillip that was my service advisor this past week, was great!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The problem is Swickard dealer cannot keep anyone in the Service department for any length of time. It appears to me that upper management is missing the mark in hiring personnel. More
