Had a deal on paper - came in to sign and take the vehicle home. Was told that there was a new sales manager on the floor (Alex), and our “old” deal (written Saturday, I’m writing this on a Sunday) wa vehicle home. Was told that there was a new sales manager on the floor (Alex), and our “old” deal (written Saturday, I’m writing this on a Sunday) was null and void. They wanted to reassess our trade, and rework the entire deal even though numbers had already been agreed to and we were ready to run credit. Absolute joke the way Alex treated my wife and I for this process. We waited around for 1.5 hours before they decided to tell us we were, for some unexplained reason, back at square one. More
