Ed Oakland, even was very polite over the phone, first when he just called to say Thank you for coming in, and secondly when he let us know that a vehicle with our desired color and options first hit the lot in case we were interested in checking it out for a test drive. He was very accommodating throughout our experience and never once was pushy. My overall experience made me feel very comfortable and that his first priority was the customer and not the sale. On the test drive he was very informative and knowledgeable with all the questions that we had to ask and he never gave out false information if there was a question he did not know the answer of. It was her day off - but she came in and took care of us! She was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed. We had already agreed on a price over the phone - but when we were in the dealership she noticed that we had insurance through a particular company. She informed us that she could get another $4,000 off the price. This was unheard of. We had already agreed on the details and we would have never known if there was additional incentives. From the moment we walked into the dealership until we drove away we had smiles on our faces. I do not like car shopping because of the hassle - this was a fantastic experience because it was truly hassle free. We actually felt like there were working WITH us to get the best deal.
