First time taking my car to this dealership. Needed to have a fuel injector replaced and they were great. Fixed transmission fluid leak but their communication was awful. Had to call multiple times and never got a return call while they had my vehicle for 4 days. I only found out my vehicle was ready on the fou awful. Had to call multiple times and never got a return call while they had my vehicle for 4 days. I only found out my vehicle was ready on the fourth day because I made an account in their online system which showed it was done. I called to see if I could pick it up and the operator has no idea and had to leave a message for the service manager. 4 hours later i received a call saying I could pick up my vehicle. When I was at the dealership picking it up their customer service was lacking and it was obvious the employees were not happy. It took the service advisor a while to find my vehicle and when I asked if the original advisor was sick, his response was, “well that’s what he says”. Heard a couple of times how overworked they were and shorthanded. I did ask for the service manager and explain the poor communication and customer service. He listened but I didn’t get the idea that improvement would be made. More
I’ve had not so great experiences in the past with this dealership’s service department. However, my most recent experience was very pleasant. Meaghan was responsive and kept on top of things, even though dealership’s service department. However, my most recent experience was very pleasant. Meaghan was responsive and kept on top of things, even though my warranty was through a third-party. I was able to reach out to her and she would get back to me in a timely manner Whereas with previous service advisors who are no longer there I would have to continually reach out to try to get an answer. I appreciate everything she has done and I will be returning to the dealer because of her. More
