Brought my vehicle in for service, asked for my key to be replaced due to my extra not starting the vehicle. That was not handled, recommended to replace burnt out break light that was not handled. Additiona replaced due to my extra not starting the vehicle. That was not handled, recommended to replace burnt out break light that was not handled. Additionally same windshield wipers on vehicle from when it was dropped off even though I paid for new ones. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Not sure if they did everything they made me pay for. More

Great experience with Carmen as my service advisor. She explained the recommendations needed for my vehicle and the time it will take to complete. Had a deal on paper - came in to sign and take the vehicle home. Was told that there was a new sales manager on the floor (Alex), and our “old” deal (written Saturday, I’m writing this on a Sunday) wa vehicle home. Was told that there was a new sales manager on the floor (Alex), and our “old” deal (written Saturday, I’m writing this on a Sunday) was null and void. They wanted to reassess our trade, and rework the entire deal even though numbers had already been agreed to and we were ready to run credit. Absolute joke the way Alex treated my wife and I for this process. We waited around for 1.5 hours before they decided to tell us we were, for some unexplained reason, back at square one. More
