Fortunately, we provide complimentary charging stations for our loaner customers at our dealership and would be happy to accommodate your loaner vehicle at any time. I am rewriting my issues so you can understand my problem, All the issues with the car is still there, The car sounds like a truck which is annoying it is a electric car and shouldn’t have any sounds, ( just mentioning the worst issue) I left 2 messages for Megan she hasn’t call me back yet, About your response I should’ve mentioned that you are repeating our thought to us and you were not sure about the issue. Accusing us to do fraud is not something that we expect when we came to you and shared our problem with you . What ever you accusing us of doing it was because your staff didn’t provide us our second EVgo account ( we leased 2 lyric) for almost 2 months that’s why we used the account for second car since we were in the same household and we never thought it would cause us any issue. This is so inconvenience that you respond to my issue by bringing up something unrelated to the issue that I mentioned.
