I have purchased Acuras from this dealership since they opened in Thousand Oaks. I always have them serviced at the dealership and have had excellent service. My latest visit was for a creaking problem o opened in Thousand Oaks. I always have them serviced at the dealership and have had excellent service. My latest visit was for a creaking problem on my 2020 RDX which is a sunroof area issue. The dealership fixed the problem and provided a nice loaner car for me to use during the time it was at the dealership (a few days). I have also dealt with Luis Ramos for courtesy transportation and he is always so pleasant and has a great attitude. For my latest service I dealt with Frank Aguirre and he also provided excellent customer service and a great attitude. Highly recommend this dealership. More

Went to the dealer early Saturday morning to get my oil changed. Frank checked me in and popped the hood to reveal rodent activity, but no damage.
