They just forgot to mention that the vehicle only had 1 key fob (an additional $360 cost for me post transaction from Cadillac) and I discovered that They just forgot to mention that the vehicle only had 1 key fob (an additional $360 cost for me post transaction from Cadillac) and I discovered that the cost to transfer plates (additional $219) wasn’t included until after the transaction was complete. For the price of the vehicle the second key fob should have been included at minimum or discounted at vehicle purchase. I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this dealership to friends or family after this experience. More
