My husband and I reached out to Patriot Infiniti because of a flier we received in the mail. It said that we could qualify for a loan. Now, I'm going to be as honest as possible, with the COVID, our credit of a flier we received in the mail. It said that we could qualify for a loan. Now, I'm going to be as honest as possible, with the COVID, our credit was "challenged". We emailed the dealership regarding a 2017 Nissan that we were interested in. They reassured us that they understood, and this is what they do. Now we were leary, because this is not our first rodeo. What really caught my eye though, was the huge sign on the building saying the give top dollar for your trade-in on a bright yellow sign!! That for intrigued our interest. Our salesperson was Katrina. A1 customer service, very friendly. She showed us 4 cars, yeah I'm real picky. We were going from a Denali that had everything. My husband loved the Nissan Pathfinder, which is what we purchased. I suggest that if your scores are not over 620, don't expect to come out with a vehicle of choice. Make sure you have at least $3k for a downpayment. The vehicle we came for, unfortunately, Ernesto said that it hadn't gone through inspection, and they'd probably be sending it to auction due to all of the work needed. Now as for a trade-in value, they met and exceeded our expectations in that department. We were Katrina's first sale at that dealership. What was impressive is how they supported one another. Ernesto was really calm in his explanations to Katrina, and Daniel was also supportive in answering her questions. The atmosphere was very friendly and inviting. Now the paperwork was the longest part, and I'm so used to that. We met the finance manager, he's funny, and there's one thing he made clear, and that was that he loved and enjoyed his staff. I will be returning in 6 months to get an upgrade!! Would I recommend this dealership, most definitely. The only thing is that I am still waiting on my key fob, and I hope that Katrina gets that for me as promised asap. I will definitely update the review when it happens!! So go check them out!😊 More

Ernie and Daniel were great. Very personable and honest. Sending my friends to them definitely. ***************** UPDATE: I bought this Jeep 9/21/23 and overall I’m happy w Very personable and honest. Sending my friends to them definitely. ***************** UPDATE: I bought this Jeep 9/21/23 and overall I’m happy with it. Just disappointed that while as personable as Daniel and Ernie were, I was reminded of their ultimate goals as salesmen: to get me to give them as much money as possible within reason. And that’s perfectly fine, definitely what I expect or they wouldn’t be in business. But however. My mother and I were under the impression that a second key would be made and comped because they didn’t have a second one on hand at closing. We were told that when we were ready, “come in and we’ll give you a key ‘at our cost’”. My mother agreed, but I immediately knew there was a misunderstanding because my mother said GIVE us a 2nd key, not SELL us a 2nd key. Ernie’s statement was definitely open to misinterpretation but I just let it happen how it was going to happen for research purposes I guess. It is now 10/10/23, not even a month after signing a contract for 31,000+ GAP and warrantee, and this vehicle needs to be worked on. I was promised to have my right head light fixed because that went out the other day, as well as having my key duplicated….for $130 (not a bad price at all compared to what my friend paid to have her key replaced at her job). But I assumed no cost. I almost drove from O’Hare to Merrillville after work to have my time wasted…I am disappointed because even though I was not able to finance a car on my own, my mother and I did not waste their time. She co-signed for me on the spot. I needed a car, but they did not do me any favors. Once again, I’m ok paying $130 out of pocket because I know how much a jeep key can cost, especially if they travel to you...butttt it’s the principle. I even called the office after Daniel took a while to get back to me before I drove all the way up there! The guy said he’d call me back and took down my number but hasn’t called back yet and that was a few hours ago. Daniel eventually got back to me, but not any of his superiors. And yes I should’ve gotten it in writing, but for us to contribute to them keeping their doors open, and the fact that I’m a USAF veteran, and was married to one as well, give me a freaking second key!! Daniel and I currently have an agreement over iMessage that regardless of how much time passes, if I need a spare key they will let it go at their cost. Hopefully that’s still true after they read this review, and the price doesn’t doesn’t go up with this economy! More
