Don't do business with Swannys unless you want a very expensive lawn ornament. I'll add the truck was incorrectly tuned which I can correct but most buyers would be unable. All I asked of him was to buy the parts it needed and I'd do the work. This is the best deal any seller could have hoped for and even that was too much for him. Just don't do it! More

Interior paneling is scratched all to hell and back. several serious scratches in the paint. horn didn't work. leather interior needs some love. back of the seats coming off but they had shoved it back in. when I asked what bottom line was the gentleman told me "that truck will sell just like that for 33,000" don't buy this truck unless you want a 33,000 headache. got in the 08 they have on the lot after and promptly left because the 08 needed a power steering pump. These folks at swannys don't stand behind there vehicles and have no business selling vehicles in these conditions. I would never in my life recommend anybody ever giving them business More

BEWARE My son purchased a 2006 Ford Powerstroke on Monday. Called the seller and then called triple A and had it towed back to Swanny Auto Sales in Concord. $20,000 dollar truck and with in three hours it has a bad injector. Dealership did fix. Got it back last night and drove it to work this morning and going down the road the front axle came loose and almost wrecked my son. After the dealership had assured us the mechanic had checked everything out and nothing was wrong with the truck. Called the dealership and the dealership refused his call. Had Triple A tow back to dealer ship and the dealership said that if they left it then it would be stolen tonight. Had to pay to have it towed home. Dealer ship still would not talk to him. Was very rude to triple A and the wrecking company. If you pay $20,000 for a vehicle you should be able to drive it more than 6 to 8 hours tops. Not sure what to do about it. Do not want anyone else to get burned like my son. BEWARE! More
