If I could give them a negative star review I would. Do not take your car to this dealership. My Ford Fiesta broke down and I took it to our local mechanic to look at it. He identified the transmission as the issue and told me to take it to Ford because my car is not anywhere old enough or high enough mileage to have this issue. I brought it in and told them exactly what he told me including the transmission oil being black. Swafford said it was a warranty issue and "fixed" it. Last week I left work to go to my car and it would not accelerate or reverse. Transmission again. I had it towed back to them. They are claiming they never touched the transmission fluid even though they replaced parts and serviced it. My transmission is now completely burnt up and my car is undrivable. They are telling me I have to pay them 7000 to replace a transmission they screwed up on a 5 year old car That is under 100,000 miles and has been regularly serviced. More
