Really Really TERRIBLE service deptartment I brought my 2011 mustang in for a throttle body repair. George and Randy assured me they could handle it. After several times of them fixing it so I brought my 2011 mustang in for a throttle body repair. George and Randy assured me they could handle it. After several times of them fixing it so that I could get it out of their lot, but not even make it home, they told me that they had spent too much of their time trying to fix my car and that they did not know what was wrong with it. I was told to take my car to another dealership and see if they could figure it out. In addition to not fixing the problem, they installed and charged me for unnecessary parts, a MAF sensor as well as a wiring harness. I'm still waiting for a return phone call for the 497.00 they charged me for their guess and check mechanic work....I'm discussed with their incompetence and will never be back! More

I purchased a car from them six days ago. I noticed that check engine was on. I immediately contact them and they told me to bring the car back on Friday. The manager (John) said he could not return my money because he needed two signers to return my money its now March 22, 2013, I have not heard from him or anyone else at dealership! They threaten to call the police and refused to return my money that day! More
