Will return but was frustrated It is confusing as to where your car goes when you want service. There is a glass door that instructs you to park your car in front of it for service when you actually need to park in a different location. The young lady that assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable, she even helped me download a ford app and help set it up. The young man that sat across from her seemed frazzled and frustrated. When it came time to pay we were unaware that you required a driver's license when you pay with a card. This was a huge inconvenience because I don't carry that on me. She had no compassion just rules and policy, luckily my husband was there and paid with his card because the situation frustrated him and when I went to sign for the purchase she aggravated my husband more by telling me I couldn't sign he had to. I know she was just doing her job, but as a consumer it was annoying. Perhaps this policy should be explained before servicing the car, I could have then retrieved the license from my car. Food for thought. More
took way too long I have brought my car to Sutton to have it serviced by a Lincoln dealer but my recent visit has given me reason to have second thoughts. I was there at the Quick Lane for an oil change and a new air filter and it took OVER 3 HOURS. My previous visits were timely and I was out of there in less than an hour. I don't know what the problem was but none of the staff let me know there was any difficulty and I should expect a delay. I think the situation was handled poorly and hopefully I don't have the same problem in the future. More

But the last time I was there I actually had to get my car serviced on the service side. Although I paid for my car to be inspected their I decided to have the work completed some where else. My mechanic called to verify some things and the guy that handled my car at your dealership was very rude to him and didn't want to answer any of his questions. He abruptly transferred him to the parts department. I can take my car to another ford dealer to get it serviced. More

The last time I had that service done, it was not done nearly as well as it was this time. Also, Ray was the mechanic that completed my oil change. He always does a great job! He’s the only one that remembers to reset the oil change light in my vehicle and places the sticker in the window. The reason I won’t give five stars is still because of not receiving proper care from the Lincoln service representative from the last oil change/autobutler I tried to schedule. (Waiting over a month for an appointment and to have a small part replaced) I’m glad this is the last oil change I needed to use at your facility for that purpose alone. More

Service Center Great Communication not so great Brought my car in again for the auto butler.Was greeted promptly at my 11:00 am appointment time. After a short wait I was given a ride home. I asked for a ride was told driver would call when he was leaving. So I waited and waited. At 5 I called was told I was next. So I waited again. Called again at 6 was told again I was next. Driver arrived at 6:30 I picked up my car at 7:00. My 3 hour service turned out to be an 8 hour job ruining my entire day. Had l gotten a call they were having a problem I could have paid someone to drive me instead of sitting the entire day. This same lack of communication happened on a previous visit when my car sat the entire day waiting for a recall issue that they didn't have what they needed to do the job. That's two occasions I wasted my entire days waiting for calls that never came. This seems like a total disregard of the customer total disrespect. My time is worth something to me not to sit waiting. If I could get the work elsewhere i would. I know the response is going to be unexpected things happened but doesn't help me a bit. More
