Fast, efficient, quality service I brought my 2013 Edge in since the AC was blowing hot air on the driver and cold air on the passenger side. I worried it might be an actuator motor I brought my 2013 Edge in since the AC was blowing hot air on the driver and cold air on the passenger side. I worried it might be an actuator motor burned out which would have cost a lot. It turned out to be a computer glitch which was fixed for less than half the price of having to take the dashboard apart to replace a motor. The service department had it fixed within a few hours of my bringing it in and leaving it. I thought it would have taken more time. Kudos for a good job! More
A dealer who cares I have been going to 2 other ford dealers primarily rod baker (2 blocks from house) and they never performed my quicklane service the works like Sutto I have been going to 2 other ford dealers primarily rod baker (2 blocks from house) and they never performed my quicklane service the works like Sutton. Sutton actually performed the service like they said they would. I didnt have to call back and complain because the services were not done to the manager. And they explained what services im supposed to be having. Sutton was much busier and they still provided outstanding customer service. Needed a wiper motor, Eric Bukuma took care of the problem. The service tech tested and found that the wiper motor needed to be replaced and as always,did so in a short period of time and I Had my car back in The service tech tested and found that the wiper motor needed to be replaced and as always,did so in a short period of time and I Had my car back in about 4 hours or so, very good service More

2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid Sutton Lincoln Ford is an excellent dealership and I bought 2 new cars there so far. Even though I have moved from Flossmoor to downtown Chicago, I s Sutton Lincoln Ford is an excellent dealership and I bought 2 new cars there so far. Even though I have moved from Flossmoor to downtown Chicago, I still drive back to the Matteson dealership. The oil change service does not get an appointment, just first come first serve. In the past that was OK, but now that I live a long distance away, I called to make the appointment. The service manager said just come in. I did about 10:30am, but was saddened to find out that there were 8 cars ahead of me. They told me it wouldn't be ready until after 4pm. I would not have killed a whole day for the routine 35,000 maintenance. I could not go home, because it is too far, and they wouldn't schedule me anyway. Of course, driving home during rush-hour was not expected. So the day was shot, and for the future, I may have to find a Lincoln dealer closer to my condo in Chicago. More
