I literally financed a 2019 Ford Edge with 88k miles on 09/26/2024 from SUTTON FORD in Matteson IL. The mechanic mentioned a potential problem with the catalytic converter, which was also indicated by my phone's car interface, pointing to an emissions issue related to the catalytic converter. Instead of resolving the underlying problem, the dealership repeatedly made temporary fixes, allowing my warranty to expire and leaving me to cover the costs. My experience serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers of this company. More

Purchased a used vehicle but before purchasing we were told the vehicle was put on the diagnostic machine and the veo ly needed a tune up. One week after purchasing the engine light came on. Took vehicle in and was told the soark okug installed was loose. Well two weeks later engine light came back in took the vehicle to another dealership only to find out the sensor wS gone, gas and engine gilter wS needed. Cost over $500. Unfortunately, there was a 7 day warranty. Purchased an additional warranty but it didn't cover the sensor. The itger dealership pyr tge vehicle on the machine and it provided all tge issues with the vehicle i was opposed to buying this vehicle. A significant amount of money was applied as down payment. Not happy. This is the second vehicle purchased here that has had issues. Never again! More
