2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid Sutton Lincoln Ford is an excellent dealership and I bought 2 new cars there so far. Even though I have moved from Flossmoor to downtown Chicago, I s Sutton Lincoln Ford is an excellent dealership and I bought 2 new cars there so far. Even though I have moved from Flossmoor to downtown Chicago, I still drive back to the Matteson dealership. The oil change service does not get an appointment, just first come first serve. In the past that was OK, but now that I live a long distance away, I called to make the appointment. The service manager said just come in. I did about 10:30am, but was saddened to find out that there were 8 cars ahead of me. They told me it wouldn't be ready until after 4pm. I would not have killed a whole day for the routine 35,000 maintenance. I could not go home, because it is too far, and they wouldn't schedule me anyway. Of course, driving home during rush-hour was not expected. So the day was shot, and for the future, I may have to find a Lincoln dealer closer to my condo in Chicago. More

Warranty I just want to thank Sutton Ford service for their professionalism!!! The service I received from Gillian in the Quick lane service was awesome, she t I just want to thank Sutton Ford service for their professionalism!!! The service I received from Gillian in the Quick lane service was awesome, she took the time to answer all of my questions regarding my vehicle, I came in for rear brakes due to some grinding noise & I told her that I also thought something was wrong with my transmission because I was hearing some whining noise from the engine & the truck seem to be hesitating when in the drive mode. She explain that they would check everything out I had mentioned. She further explained that if it was a transmission problem that they would kick the service call over to full service and they would contact me. All of this took place in just a couple of hours with me receiving a call from Eric in full service repair and yep you guessed it I had a problem with the transmission as well as a tie rod. But God & Eric were on my side with God using Eric to see if all repairs were covered under extended warranty & checking to see if parts were in as well as seeing if they could take care of the problem the next day. Needless to say Erik arrange for a rental car to be picked up next door at enterprise & inform me that all repairs with the exception of the brakes & rotors were indeed covered under the extended warranty. Hallelujah!!! THANKS SO MUCH GILLIAN & ERIK FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM & EFFICENCY AND COURTSEY!!! More
