KEEPING ME MOVING When the temp dropped to -50 my poor little Edge just couldn't start. I called a friend for a jump and then called Melissa LeBran, my service advisor When the temp dropped to -50 my poor little Edge just couldn't start. I called a friend for a jump and then called Melissa LeBran, my service advisor and asked if I could bring my car in to get a new battery and have it checked out. As always, I was in/out within minutes, new battery, tires checked and rolling again. That's why Sutton is my home, I'm treated like part of the family, top shelf service, professional technicians and Ford Parts for my Ford vehicle. More
