He kept me up to date on everything and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. We also shared conversations about our daughters, who are around the same age. Could not deliver a simple oil change service ! I had a van that I purchased from your dealer in for its first oil change where I thought we could establish a good service relationship but when my e I had a van that I purchased from your dealer in for its first oil change where I thought we could establish a good service relationship but when my employees were promised an oil change within a hour and two hours go by and tell them another 45 mins it seems the service department needs to take a look at there procedures when promising a customer to have there vehicle completed or at least in within a certain time frame ?? This will ultimately decide my decision where I purchase my next work vehicle. I hope this will help your dealership in future. Sincerely Ruben Y More

I EVEN PROVIDED Sutton Ford the supplement instructions that were added to the recall sheet from Corp HQ as well and they still haven’t fixed it. Throw in lack of communication, stalling for time, and whatever else, and you’ll see one unhappy client. I feel for people who think they can trust them. I never will bring my vehicle back to them. I told Ron I was interested in two of the 2018 F 150's listed on line and wanted to test drive both trucks. He retrieved the first truck for the test drive and on return had the second one ready. we decided to purchase the second truck. . Ron was a true professional in a very relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to purchase the vehicle. The on line price was exactly what the the purchase price was, unlike other dealerships. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and the new F 150 Super cab I have parked in my driveway. More
