Very nice sales associate. I enjoyed working with Anita. She explained the features of the car and was very easy to talk to about anything. I feel it was a little deceiving. I picked out my Ford Escape from the website and the price was listed along with the discount (roughly 6700). Then I clicked on the manufacturer's offers and saw the financing 0% for 60 months, 1.9% for 72 months, etc. along with an additional 1,000.00 cash back. When Anita came back with the monthly payments using different scenarios, I wondered why the payment I figured didn't match. It wasn't until Anita showed me a print out of a couple scenarios and I saw the difference is discounts. It was then I was told that the discounts are different depending on the financing. I would have like to have seen that on the website. I ended up with 4.9% financing for 72 months instead of 1.9 and I don't see the 1,000 cash back from the manufacturer so I am disappointed. More
