Great Dealership!! We were looking at the SUV on line and decided to take it for a test drive. We live 34 miles away but really liked the car on line. We got to the dealership around 7:00 p.m. They close at 9:00 p.m. Test drove it and loved it so we bought the 2018 Ford Escape, and were there till closing, actually it was after closing the the sales rep. took such good care of us. She explained all the details on the SUV before we left to come home, we took it with us that evening. More

Terrible Customer Service They charged me $300 to look at my car and tell me to take it some where else to get serviced and I have the premium warranty.
