Charged for Nothing I am thoroughly disappointed with my appointment on Monday, July 1. I was not notified of an inspection charge when I made my appointment the previous I am thoroughly disappointed with my appointment on Monday, July 1. I was not notified of an inspection charge when I made my appointment the previous Friday with Erik. I was seeking to know an estimate to replace the malfunctioning part for a diagnostic code I received. Yet, I was also told by Erik that even if I had/provided the diagnostic code it "wouldn't matter". However, the same diagnostic code I had was the same exact code stated on the visit summary. So in essence I paid Sutton Ford to tell me what I stated was already wrong with my vehicle. I was told by Cre via telephone that I wouldn't be charged due to not being notified of the inspection charge when making my appointment, and the other aforementioned information; however the transaction was still processed to my account. More
