Failure to communicate. Ordered 2 new key fobs. Arrived in a few days. Appointment to program keys a week later. It was found that one fob was incorrectly cut. A new one was Ordered 2 new key fobs. Once arrived, I was supposed to be called to let me know that I could schedule a time to drive back to Sutliff to program all keys that I had along with new fob. Can’t schedule an appointment if fob isn’t there, right? Well, three weeks later and no call. So I called and asked why I hadn’t received a call and whether the fob had arrived. I was basically told “Whoopsie, it’s here. No idea why no one called you.” This from the lady that scheduled my first service and was the same one that said one fob was miscut and that a replacement was being ordered. SHE should have been the one to follow through and call me!! So, in other words, “Whoopsie, I didn’t follow through with the requirement and call you to schedule once we had it.” Professional and being accountable failure. More

Would not buy another new car from them! I don't think they care if I stay a customer or not. When you buy a brand new car and clutch goes out at 33000 miles and they do what for me charge I don't think they care if I stay a customer or not. When you buy a brand new car and clutch goes out at 33000 miles and they do what for me charge me $3800.00 to repair it. Had to tongue their xxx for them to find me a loaner. No discount on labor or parts. My sphincter hurts bad between sutliff and volkswagen. More
