Horrible, absolutely horrible. He will try to get you to the dealership in any way he can, but once there, you are not getting the deal you were promised. Bait and switch tactics, rude employees, rude manager, what is happening to Sutliff VW? It used to be a good dealership but this new manager is destroying it. I hope the owner reads these reviews. Would not buy another new car from them! I don't think they care if I stay a customer or not. When you buy a brand new car and clutch goes out at 33000 miles and they do what for me charge I don't think they care if I stay a customer or not. When you buy a brand new car and clutch goes out at 33000 miles and they do what for me charge me $3800.00 to repair it. Had to tongue their xxx for them to find me a loaner. No discount on labor or parts. My sphincter hurts bad between sutliff and volkswagen. More
