I am very thankful to Sutherlin Subaru for all the support and service they provided to my family. This past winter my husband was very ill with cancer and the battery to my Subaru died. I forgot to t support and service they provided to my family. This past winter my husband was very ill with cancer and the battery to my Subaru died. I forgot to turn off the light that drained the battery overnight. Sutherlin Subaru towed my car and provided me with a loaner car while they had my car. The loaner car was an EV soltera, a very fun car to drive. They kept me informed of the repair process of my car. Thank you so much for an awesome service experience when I needed it the most! More

After a spillage on my engine from a oil change they cleaned it fully without incident. Some dealers may have tried to hide this but the service department was honest and thorough.
