The first time my family engaged your dealership was in your service department and the Service Rep was Doug Holden. Doug was professional, HONEST, and friendly and worked with tenacity to get my USAA War your service department and the Service Rep was Doug Holden. Doug was professional, HONEST, and friendly and worked with tenacity to get my USAA Warranty provider to cover all the issues the Armada was having. Second time we brought the Armada back for different reasons, we had Dan Christie help us with the same results and integrity as stated above. While in the Orlando area on vacation I became concerned that I had a problem with my new Altima that could be dangerous. Despite being an out-of-towner and it being a busy Friday, Jonathan Szafran of Suthe that I had a problem with my new Altima that could be dangerous. Despite being an out-of-towner and it being a busy Friday, Jonathan Szafran of Sutherlin Nissan agreed to check out my car. Turns out my car was not safe to drive and required repairs that could not be completed that day. Jonathan and the service manager conferred with Nissan and it was determined that all repairs, including two new front tires and car rental would be covered by Nissan. Repairs were competed the following Monday (slightly ahead of promised time) and my wife and I were able to drive home the next day, confident not only that our car was now safe but that our committment to Nissan had been validated. Thank you very much Jonathan and your service associates at Sutherlin. More

He and the parts manager,(George Fata), were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They are fun and friendly bunch. I don't usually use dealers for simple maintenence as they tend to be more expensive. I do however plan to use Sutherlin for ALL my cars needs because the level of customer service here makes it well worth it!! More

Mr. Hollen is a Service Advisor and one of the best customer service providers that I have ever encountered. From my first contact to the last, he was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. He represented the Sutherlin dealership and the Nissan corporation with excellence. At every step of a very serious service issue with my 2008 Nissan Sentra, Mr. Hollen explained the process and kept me informed of the process. He seemed truly interested in me as a cutomer and a person, not just another "number", like I've experienced elsewhere. It's also obvious that he is loyal to Nissan and to the Sutherlin dealership. I'll always ask for Mr. Hollen for future service and maintenance needs. This is my third Nissan. I've owned a Stanza, an Altima and my current Sentra. This most recent expreience only confirms that my next new car will be another Nissan (hopefully a Maxima!). Keep up the good work ... unfortunately, it's rare these days.
