My daughter purchased a 2021 Hyundai Kona from this dealership, during the "sale" we were told it was a certified preowned car. After purchasing the car, my daughter discovered the horn wasn't working dealership, during the "sale" we were told it was a certified preowned car. After purchasing the car, my daughter discovered the horn wasn't working and went back to Sutherlin Nissan and was basically told that we needed to take it to Hyundai to be covered under warranty, if they fixed it we would have to pay diagnostic testing etc, even though they sold me the vehicle with a broken horn! I explained my concern for my daughters safety while driving without a horn in Central Florida and was basically laughed at by two employees and told that a non working horn is "no big deal". When I asked them if someone is cutting into her what is she supposed to do without a horn? Well..... the YOUNG man graciously educated me that "you need to slam on the breaks" and I guess pray that they don't hit you, rather than use your horn! Obviously Sutherlin Nissan ONLY cares about the sale and not the customer!! I WILL NEVER BUY another vehicle here nor will I ever recommend them. If you are looking to buy a car go somewhere else......if you are Sutherlin Nissan reading these reviews might I suggest you invest in some customer service classes for your employees!!! More
I had my car towed into service because it wouldnt start. It was determined that computer was dead and could not be repaired. Nissan no longer manufactured them since my car was 10 years old. Tried sales and service failed both times Went with my wife to buy two new Altimas. Our sales consultant was great. Then the sales manager came over and said we need all kinds of money down. He was kinda rude about it too. Left and went to next Nissan dealer and left same day with both our new Altimas with no money down. So now I said let's try the service dept. Arrive ask for oil change then I'm lied to about vehicle requiring synthetic oil. Cannot show me documentation for this but insisted on it stating I will void my warranty lol. So here I am at another dealer getting my oil change and not being lied to. Sorry Sutherlin you will never see our business ever not will we ever recommend you as a dealer. More
