Usually we get outstanding service but to be honest feel like we were not listened to and spent way more money than we needed. We have bought 4 cars from this location and have been happy throughout. Unfortunately 2 weeks ago I called with a problem with our Nissan Rogue. It wasn’t starting. Without looking at it we were told it was the battery so we went out and spent $205 on a battery we found out in the end we didn’t need. I called 4 days after putting in this battery cause you guessed it the car didn’t start. We towed it in to Sutherlin the day before Thanksgiving. On the Friday after it started , peculiar but not tonservice they just thought the car could use an oil change and charged me $80 for an oil change we didn’t ask for. So now down $285. I get it they couldn’t check the computer to see what was going on because it started hit I had mentioned this whole time the problem and mom e decided to check fuses, relay switches to see if they worked or yup loose or broken. Well the 2 Mr time I had it towed that’s what we found it the relay was broke and loose from an accident and when we paid the $33 for the part and the $434 charge for everything else we we’re shocked. After explaining all of this we got a sorry it is what it is from derive and our sales rep. So a total over $700 because no e would just see why this is what’s happening cause I guess it must be normal for a car to just chose when it wants to start and doesn’t. Either way.
