JB listened to my concerns and checked everything out and found 2 major problems. Some techs treat a woman like she doesn't know what she is talki.g about but not JB. battery would not start; my charger determined bad battery, auto zone determined bad battery....in last months of battery life. after wasted words your nissan machine said battery was good. took car battery, auto zone determined bad battery....in last months of battery life. after wasted words your nissan machine said battery was good. took car home and in the morning...you guess it car did not start. forcing me to buy battery elsewhere. C/S should have given me was ever dollars and cents and put a new battery in car; and not risk me getting stranded.*one star for ya More
