When I go to service my car, George is always a friendly face. He is willing to go beyond to help his customers. SUTHERLIN NISSAN ORLANDO They did everything reasonable to make the deal possible. I got the car I wanted with a 6 year warranty and oil changes for a good monthly payment under $300 for a 2011 Sentra load to make the deal possible. I had been to a few dealers and they wanted to either sell me something I didn't want or a very high payment, not to mention that the GM and the salesmen made us feel very appreciated and satisfied. This dealership differs from any I have done business with in the past. I had spoken to Steve (sales) via telephone to be sure that he had the model of car I was wanting in stock (a late model sentra or with in the past. I had spoken to Steve (sales) via telephone to be sure that he had the model of car I was wanting in stock (a late model sentra or altima with low mileage). I went to the dealership and met with Steve. He at first wanted to sit down and discuss what I wanted in a vehicle, my driving habits and needs, and what color choice(s) I wanted. He explained he had 2011 Altimas, but only one Sentra, but if I liked the car, he could try to get it in another color from a different dealership for me at the current sales price. Steve was very pleasant and friendly, but most important he was respectful of me and didnt talk down to me because I am a woman. As we were walking across the lot to see the used Sentra, my eye caught a glimpse of a 2012 Sentra and I asked to have a look at that, even though I felt I couldnt afford it. Steve went to get the keys for that car, and explained the features and offered me a test drive. I really liked the car, but told him I would have to see the "numbers", since I had a set limit on what I could afford each month in a car payment and also a time limit on paying it off. He brought me the "numbers" and I told him it was over my limit and I couldnt afford it. He then asked me to write down what I wanted to pay each month and for how many months total, and he would see what they could do. I really felt I would be back looking at the used car, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Steve talked with Tommy Mims, general sales manager, and I was given a discount in the interest rate, which brought my payments down to what I wanted to pay. Wow, a new car for the same payment I expected to pay for a used one. Great!! And, it was so easy, no pressure, no long stress-filled negotiations. I gave them my payment limit and they tweaked the numbers to make it work. Then I met with Lou DeFabrizio, finance manager. HE explained the different programs they offer, such as an extended warranty, but again no pressure to buy any of them. I couldnt believe I was actually able to sign the papers without being pressured into buying something I didnt want or afford. I walked into the dealership at 12:30p, and walked out at 3p, the proud owner of a 2012 Sentra. It was truly a pleasant experience. Their goal is to make the customer feel like part of the family, and they have succeeded for sure. They even have a prize wheel which everyone who buys a car, new or used, gets to spin the wheel. I won 6 free oil changes! I recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a car, new or used, to try this new no pressure way of buying a car. You will be so glad you did. I brought my 2009 Murano LE in for a normal oil change. The service technician Carlos asked if I had seen the new convertible Murano. I said I had not, but was interested since I was nearing the end of my lease. He personally walked me over to the showroom and let me see the new convertible and introduced me to Tommy. I still had a few months left on my lease, but Tommy said he would see what my options were. The dealership has COMPLETELY improved from the last time I was in 3 years ago! It was very clean, professional and a welcoming place to conduct business. In the end, the limited 2 person backseat of the convertible Murano was too limiting so I went with a new 2011 Murano LE. The deal I was offered was more than fair and the process went very smoothly from the sales process and working with the finance department. The General Sales Manager introduced himself and made sure everything was proceeding well. I was just pulling out of the parking lot with my new Murano and Carlos from the Service Department even came out to tell me congrats and let him know when I need my first oil change. If you are in the market for a Nissan I would highly recommend a visit to Sutherlin Nissan in Orlando. More

John Leone, the internet sales manager breaks the "shark" stereotype that has deservedly been placed upon the majority of the folks who work in the industry. Not only did John offer us the "too good to believe" deal that was in the paper, he also found the vehicle we wanted when the dealership did not have it available. What could have easily become a bait and switch situation turned out to a breath of fresh air to the car buying experience. The icing on the cake at Sutherlin Nissan is the spinning of the wheel, which is done after the deal is closed. I saw quite a bit of folks walk away with everything from cash or having the dealer make their first payment to ipods. More important than what we walked away with is the fact that Sutherlin Nissan can count on us buying there again, as well as bringing all of our friends and family to their dealership. More
Extended warranty is on a tiered level system, I was not aware that there were other levels available that may have been more in my budget. The finance person I worked with just sold me the Gold Plus which aware that there were other levels available that may have been more in my budget. I would first like to say that the internet department did an excellent job on getting me into my brand new car. John Leone promised me that he would get me into my car and he did! Not only did he make me feel comfortable with my purchase but he listened to my needs and made sure that I walked out with a smile on my face! Not only did John Leone took the time to make sure that I made the right decision on my car, but his honesty, and bright personality made my experience purchasing my new 2011 Nissan Versa a walk in the park. We did hit a bump before my purchase, but like I said everything was smoothed out. I have had past negative experience from other car dealerships such as Toyota in Fort Myers and in Orlando off of West Colonial that promised that they could get me in a car and I walked out with a broken dream. After purchasing my car, even Ryan Ortiz went over all my paperwork with me with full detail explaining my interest rate, etc. Ryan Ortiz made sure that at the time of signing it would be a smooth process for me!
