When I purchased my Sentra, Steve Q. told me if there was anything he could help me with just contact him. I have emailled him twice and requested he set up a service appt for me. This was done quickly and he left a voicemail and also an email to inform me of day and time of appt, and to ask for Johhny B. When I got to the service area each time, I asked for Johhny B, and he quickly took care of the service I requested and I was quickly on my way. Both gentlemen are very professional, friendly, and efficient. It is a pleasure to deal with a company who continue to be of service, even after the sale is completed and the car leaves the lot. Our family car finally bit the dust after 6yrs. We took our car to our dealership where they told us we needed a new transmission and a few other things were wrong too. After evaluating our situation we decided it was time to trade her in. We spent many hours looking online at different SUV’s when I came across the Nissan Armada from Sutherlin Nissan. We had never driven one before and didn’t know what to expect. The truck was beautiful and had loads of features but the one we really wanted, Leather Seats. It was priced in our range but still we really wanted leather. As parents of 2 boys and foster parents of a baby girl we know how easily spills can happen. But we were running out of options and we needed to get a new car on Halloween day of course. When my husband called about the truck there was currently a customer trying to work a deal on it. My husband explained that we needed something bigger than the Explorer that was dying and that our car needed lots of repairs. Tommy said someone would call us back if the deal fell through. 15min later we got the call to hurry on over the truck was still available. Since I am the primary driver, John and I took the car out for a test drive while my husband and kids stayed behind and started some paperwork. Just sitting in this truck was awesome. Once I turned it on and drove it for 5min I was hooked. Everyone was so nice and helpful. There weren’t any pushy sales guys or haggling over price. They were very upfront about everything and even asked us what we were hoping to get for our trade. While we waited to do the paperwork we were told at the end of the deal we could spin the prize wheel. The wheel included prizes such as iPod shuffle, GPS, $100 or $200 cash, make your first payment and then the ultimate prize, a trip to Italy or $2500 cash. As we waited we dreamed of winning the $2500 and using some of it to put leather seats in our new truck. Once the paperwork was all done we were surrounded by the staff as we went to spin the wheel. They were clapping and cheering me on. I spun the wheel and held my breath. As it slowed down I could see the $2500 cash slowly come around but didn’t think it would make around to that. BAM, I hit the grand prize and won the cash. WOW, I have never won anything before. Everyone was jumping for joy with us. When U.S. came over and asked if we wanted the trip or cash we just said leather seats please. No problem he said. We will figure out how much that is and give you the left over cash. The next day I got a call from Tommy that I could bring my car in Wed and they would do my seats. He arranged for a loaner car and took excellent care of us. Edgar also was great in getting the loaner the right size to fit our families needs. Thank you so much to everyone for being so wonderful during this process. I have never bought a car with such ease. You have made lifetime customers of us. FYou guys ROCK! More

I left with a life time warranty for my vehicle. And we purchase and completed the process within two and half hours. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! I don't usually take the time to write a review about a business, but my experience with Sutherlin Nissan was that bad. This place is the perfect example of why people hate car sa to write a review about a business, but my experience with Sutherlin Nissan was that bad. This place is the perfect example of why people hate car salespeople. They were extremely pushy and just kept asking "what will it take to make a deal?". When we got our first price "estimate" on a car we liked, there were no discounts included even though their website showed $5,000 in rebates. When we asked about the rebates, the salesmen said "that rebate is on a different car". We then showed him the ad and he said "oh". So if we hadn't known about the ad we would have paid $5,000 more for the car because this guy wasn't being honest! They treat you like your just a number not an actual human being. If you want to spin a wheel and get treated like garbage then this is the place for you. More
