I have been buying cars from US for 10 years. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. I am on my third Pathfinder LE that US has sold to me. I constantly recommend him and refer him clients. I have to drive 2 hours to visit him , but it is well worth it for several reasons. US is friendly, likeable, honest, resonable and always available to his clients. I always look forward to a visit with him. I have visited and done business at other Nissan dealerships and NONE compare to his. More often then not, the staff's actions at other dealerships do not translate into believable assessments or genuine concern for my business. US has recently developed a unique signature on his correspondence with his clients. That signature is "US Marine...your friend in the car business" that could'nt be more true. My sales associate, a gentleman named Christian A. was attentive and accommodating and the dealership was very competitive with respect to matching prices of other local Nissan dealerships. Additionally, the deal/offer that I received for my trade in was quite competitive as well. As previously stated, the dealership was very accommodating in that I arrived a few minutes before closing and he (Christian) still took his time and did not rush me in the least. We went through all the paperwork and the finance staff were more then helpful with explaining the documentation process and giving me sufficient time to read everything properly. I'll start by saying that this was the best experience that I have ever had buying a car. I did not intend on buying a Nissan, but my Fiancée suggested that we at least look. Upon arriving, we were greete that I have ever had buying a car. I did not intend on buying a Nissan, but my Fiancée suggested that we at least look. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Jorge and I was pleasantly surprised that he did not have an ounce of that "shady" car salesman vibe. After our introduction we discussed the type of vehicle we were interested in and Jorge told us more about the Murano and Rogue. We took each model for a test drive and I really liked how Jorge didn't try to defend the vehicle if there was something about it that we didn't like. It seemed like he was really there to listen, answer our questions, and honestly let the product sell itself. After driving both vehicles, we decided that the Murano was the best fit for us and decided to talk numbers. This is normally the stressful part of the process, but after meeting with the sales manager I did not feel pressured in any way and if we could make a deal great, if not, that was OK, just make sure to remember us in the future. I ended up purchasing the Murano and I was very happy with the trade in value of my old car, the price of the Murano, and the 1.9 APR was the icing on the cake!
