Visited every dealer in Orlando, all makes and models, ended up at this dealership because of the treatment from word go. I am in sales an can not remember being treated or treating people this way. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! I don't usually take the time to write a review about a business, but my experience with Sutherlin Nissan was that bad. This place is the perfect example of why people hate car sa to write a review about a business, but my experience with Sutherlin Nissan was that bad. This place is the perfect example of why people hate car salespeople. They were extremely pushy and just kept asking "what will it take to make a deal?". When we got our first price "estimate" on a car we liked, there were no discounts included even though their website showed $5,000 in rebates. When we asked about the rebates, the salesmen said "that rebate is on a different car". We then showed him the ad and he said "oh". So if we hadn't known about the ad we would have paid $5,000 more for the car because this guy wasn't being honest! They treat you like your just a number not an actual human being. If you want to spin a wheel and get treated like garbage then this is the place for you. More
Steve Quach(and everyone there actually!) was friendly and very pleasant to work with! He stayed in contact with us and made sure that the car we were coming there to look at was ready for us when we got and very pleasant to work with! He stayed in contact with us and made sure that the car we were coming there to look at was ready for us when we got there (We drove to Orlando from St. Pete)!! They were willing to work with us so we were able to drive home our new car that day! I would highly recommend coming to Sutherlin Nissan, and we would definitely buy from there again. Steve was a huge help, and we are so thankful that we came to this dealership! Thanks Steve and Sutherlin Nissan! We had a great overall experience :) More
My experience was great! I knew what I was looking for after doing extensive research and Tobic, my sales person, responded very well to my requests and didn't try to steer me through an annoying process. after doing extensive research and Tobic, my sales person, responded very well to my requests and didn't try to steer me through an annoying process. He went out of his way to take care of me at each step of the purchase. Tim, the manager, gave me a great price and I'm happy with the vehicle I bought. Go see them. More
The expierence was great, My family has bought multiple cars at sutherlin, and also my fiance's. So i went with my father and fiance to look at a used 2008 nissan altima, I worked with Gio and Jason, they cars at sutherlin, and also my fiance's. So i went with my father and fiance to look at a used 2008 nissan altima, I worked with Gio and Jason, they were both very nice, a helpful. I Loved the car but i was just a bit disappointed when I got home I saw the car was on there website for a signifactly lowered price then what they sold it to me for. Theres no prices on the physical vehicle so a customer can know what the cost is, they give you the price after you tell them how much you have and are willing to spend. Over all weve gone to this dealership for years so i DO recommend it, but i would advise future shoppers to check the prices before they go to the dealership! thank you More
George Fata is the pinnacle of customer service- gregarious, friendly and helpful. In fact, there had actually been a mistake with my parts order, and it was taken care of the way these things shoul gregarious, friendly and helpful. In fact, there had actually been a mistake with my parts order, and it was taken care of the way these things should be: promptly, painlessly, and with no cost to the customer. It was very refreshing, and I wish his eagerness to provide great service carried over to more individuals in the business. In fact, he even brought me in to meet the owner, upon learning that I was car shopping. Unfortunately, at that point my experience with the car salesman who worked with me, Thomas, was so unsavory that I feel an obligation to mention it here. I felt uncomfortable, put down, and almost bullied by classic car-salesmen techniques. After our interactions, I actually felt bad that it was only in my budget to consider pre-owned vehicles, and at one point he said to me, "Well, if you want to walk away from [owner's name]'s generosity, then so be it." I couldn't wait to leave the place, and I found it hard to believe that it was such a bad and exhausting experience. Notice, however, that I still rate the Sutherlin Dealership with good customer service and overall decency, based not on my interaction with this one representative, but with the owner and other staff that I met, which was commendable. I purchased a Nissan 370Z Touring w/Sport Package over two and a half years ago. Since purchase of the vehicle, I've always adhered to the manufacturer/dealer recommended maintenance schedule. While the two and a half years ago. Since purchase of the vehicle, I've always adhered to the manufacturer/dealer recommended maintenance schedule. While the vehicle was still under warranty (3 years or 36,000 miles), I'd get all scheduled maintenance completed at the dealership. Since the car is no longer under warranty (I've driven 41,500 miles), I take it to a service shop that is closer to my residence for basic service (i.e., tire balance, oil change and filters). If any major service would be required, I'd take it to the experts (the dealership). A couple of weeks ago, I noticed a difference in the response of the clutch. I took the car to my service shop and questioned the service manager. He stated that there was probably air in the system and that it needed to be bled. The shop bled the system and test drove the car. The technician that performed the work stated that the clutch felt fine and the car was in good working order. However, to me the clutch still felt funny (I drive the car everyday). About a week later, the clutch stuck to the floor and I had to return it my lifting with my foot. I immediately took the car to Sutherlin Nissan Orlando and explained the issue to the Service Representative, Carlos Quinones. I also voiced my concerns to the Service & Parts Director, Ray Powers. I left the car at the dealership and returned home. Shortly after, I received a call from Carlos stating that there was indeed an issue with the clutch. The full scope of the repair would not be known until further examination of the system was completed. I told Carlos to order the parts needed for the repair. Since this was the Friday (September 2, 2011) prior to Labor Day, it would be a couple of days before the repair would be completed. The next day (Saturday), I received an unexpected call from Carlos. He stated that the Master Cylinder needed to be replaced and that Sutherlin Nissan Orlando would perform all the required repairs to my vehicle at no cost to me. I was totally speechless and at the same time I could not thank him enough. When I arrived at the dealership, Carlos and I went for a test drive and she (my car) responded like new. I am very pleased with the service after the sale that I received from Sutherlin Nissan Orlando. I understand that they did not have to do what they did for me – but they did. Again, I would like to thank the technicians that performed the repair to my vehicle, Carlos Quinones, Ray Powers and U. S. Not Military Friendly! They don't offer the nissan military discount! We had reached an agreement on VPP pricing and had brought the trade in vehicle in. Only after getting all the numbers and calling military discount! We had reached an agreement on VPP pricing and had brought the trade in vehicle in. Only after getting all the numbers and calling back the next day we were told the manager no longer wanted to honor that deal. I had gotten my money back from another dealer the day prior because sutherland told us they had the vehicle and would honor that pricing! The other dealer was working with us great but currently couldn't locate the vehicle we wanted so decided to get back my deposit to buy from Sutherland. More
