Jonathan was extremely helpful in acquiring approval from my extended warranty program for the mechanical work to be done. And before we even finished talking about the plan of action, a rental car had arrived for me to use since my car would be kept overnight and all through the next day. Everything went very smoothly, and when I came to pick up my car, Jonathan met me with answers to my many questions, and paperwork ready to go. All work was completed as promised and I had the deluxe wash and wax done while I had it in there. It looked great, and so far has been performing perfectly. All in all, it was the best service experience I've had with this dealership (or any dealership)! More
I had a beyond excellent experience with my Nissan Rouge purchase. I had an Altima and took it in for some small repairs and dealt with Johnny in service who was very helpful and eager to assist me, i wasn' purchase. My salesman was Steve Q i checked out the Rouges and the Juke and when my car was done being worked on i went on my way. I went home spoke with my husband and decided i had to have a new car so he called Steve and let him know exactly what we were looking for and Steve let us know he could make it happen so we were in the dealership w/in 2 hours. It was a pretty quick process well as quick as buying a new car can be b/c i already did research and knew exactly what i wanted. After you purchase a new car they let you spin a wheel for a prize and i won a free 2 night Bahamas cruise for 2 which was a nice extra bonus. After i got home with my car i realized the am/fm radio was having an issue and not picking up a signal it was not the dealerships fault i mean the car only has 9 miles on it so i took it back in and they provided me with a rental car without any questions. whether it was Steve or Johnny in service they went out of there way to ensure i had a good experience and everything was easy and quick. I got a call a couple days later that my car was ready so i went in returned the rental and than realized one more thing wasn't done yet but it was something i added on and should have asked about. since i ran to the dealership on my lunch break and didn't have too much time to wait for my car to ready my salesman Steve Q gave me his personal car to take back to work until my car was completed. I have never had a dealership go so out of there way to make sure that i was completely satisfied. My family ended up buying another car from Sutherlin the same week I did and i recommend you go there too. More

On New Year's Eve, we set out to make the purchase on the condition that we received a fair trade-in value (I had already had it appraised twice so I knew how much was fair). Elvis was out for the day, but the internet manager John Leone took over, matched the price to the penny- no more bargaining necessary- and evaluated our trade. After a small negotiation over the trade in value, the deal was done. The dealership was EXTREMELY busy with people looking for end-of-the-year deals, so after we had come to an agreement, it took several hours to get into an office so we could sign paperwork and get out of there. Obviously the delay was due to the high traffic, so I don't blame them. We waited in the lobby and finally got our turn. We were pre-approved for a loan, but the dealer offered to check for a better rate (wasn't pushy about it, just offered), and we got one a full percentage point lower than our pre-approval. Pros & Cons: Pros- Easy, easy negotiation. No bait & switch, no nonsense. I would have walked at the first sign of nonsense. Very civilized. Our trade-in was paid off with our old lienholder within 7 days. We received a check for our post-purchase winnings of $50 from the spin-the-wheel game within 7 days. Con- Only one. The cheesy $1000 online shopping spree was an insulting piece of garbage. I figured it was junk ahead of time, and I was right, but still- for an otherwise classy dealership, why not leave this silly trash out and just give buyers a $25 gift card for gas or for dinner after the purchase? It seems beneath you to offer something this embarassingly hokey. For those who are curious, it was a link to a website with a small selection of flea market-type merchandise with a "shipping" and "order" fee on each purchase that far exceeded the value of the merchandise. Summary: Stick with the internet sales department, get comparative quotes/appraisals, and don't act cluelessly. :) More

I was very impressed with the dealership. They had the car I wanted and were very respectful of my time and worked hard to get me a good deal and get me in and out quickly so I could get back to work. When I purchased my Sentra, Steve Q. told me if there was anything he could help me with just contact him. I have emailled him twice and requested he set up a service appt for me. When I got to the service area each time, I asked for Johhny B, and he quickly took care of the service I requested and I was quickly on my way. Both gentlemen are very professional, friendly, and efficient. It is a pleasure to deal with a company who continue to be of service, even after the sale is completed and the car leaves the lot.
