While in the Orlando area on vacation I became concerned that I had a problem with my new Altima that could be dangerous. Despite being an out-of-towner and it being a busy Friday, Jonathan Szafran of Suthe that I had a problem with my new Altima that could be dangerous. Turns out my car was not safe to drive and required repairs that could not be completed that day. Jonathan and the service manager conferred with Nissan and it was determined that all repairs, including two new front tires and car rental would be covered by Nissan. Repairs were competed the following Monday (slightly ahead of promised time) and my wife and I were able to drive home the next day, confident not only that our car was now safe but that our committment to Nissan had been validated. Went in to test drive a new 370Z on 3/9/13, but before Antonio even got the keys to the car he had me fill out a credit app. He had done most of the work of filling out, which was nice, but when he asked Antonio even got the keys to the car he had me fill out a credit app. He had done most of the work of filling out, which was nice, but when he asked me to sign it I asked "Why? I'm not buying a car yet, I haven't even taken a test drive... And there's plenty of competition out there." A week earlier I was test driving a Mustang GT 5.0 which also run $35-40K, and a BMW 335i which is also in the same price range. Neither of those dealers tried to pull the same stunt. In addition, before getting the credit app Antonio was "informing" me that the payments on this car would be pretty high, which was really a nice way of saying "I don't think you can afford this car". The obvious reason why was because I'm in my mid 20's looking to buy a $40,000 car. If I was 18, I could understand the attempt to weed out unqualified buyers looking to joy ride, but this is an unacceptable discriminative practice in my eyes. I do like the 370Z but after being discriminated because of age I would not go back to Sutherlin Nissan to buy a car. More

Absolutely loved it. Funny thing is I came in to get my car fixed, but got mistaken for a buyer. Honestly I'm glad they did because I am very happy with my purchase. I had bought my Nissan Sentra from a different dealer and had a very high rate on a 2009. They looked in my paperwork, showed me stuff around, and got me a 2012 car for an amazing price. The staff was friendly, helpful and really worked with me. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs a car or who just needs to get their car fixed. Loved it!! Oh and they do have a Spin-wheel full of prizes for their customers, I won a cruise for two..So I'd definitely recommend it! More

He and the parts manager,(George Fata), were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They are fun and friendly bunch. I don't usually use dealers for simple maintenence as they tend to be more expensive. I do however plan to use Sutherlin for ALL my cars needs because the level of customer service here makes it well worth it!! More
