Orlando's Newest Attraction! Sutherlin Nissan is Orlando's Newest Attraction! Sutherlin Nissan is the best dealership I have ever visited or purchased a vehicle from. Unfortunatley I was an hour Orlando's Newest Attraction! Sutherlin Nissan is the best dealership I have ever visited or purchased a vehicle from. Unfortunatley I was an hour or two late for the lunch festivities because, humm?...customers are hungry around lunch time? I was immediatly greeted by Antonio Soriano and we went straight to vehicle browsing. I was encouraged to first find the car of my dreams and address the finances after. That is the way car buying should be! After locating "my truck" we sat down and worked out a great deal that was in my budget. All of the staff was extremely welcoming and seemed to strive to make everyone feel like part of the family. This was by far my greatest car buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Antonio was a pleasure to work with and never put any pressure on me to break my budget or purchase a lessor vehicle. I now have the truck of my dreams and a new business partner for the future. Thank You! More
I went throught months of trying to find a new vehicle. I drove all around Florida looking at cars and test driving. My parents were the ones buying the car for me and I am paying them back. They gave me an drove all around Florida looking at cars and test driving. My parents were the ones buying the car for me and I am paying them back. They gave me an amount to look for. I shopped on line and found a car at Sutherlin Nissan. I told my parents, to which my mom called up there and talked to a couple people. That weekend my mom told me I needed to go down there and look at the vehicle I had seen online. Now this was all during a holiday weekend, so the dealership as well as Orlando was very busy. I called the dealership and talked to Travis and told him, I don't want to make a trip down there if they are not going to work with me. He said They were going to and that I really needed to come down. This car was a good fit for what I am looking for. So, I drove down. Test drove the car. Travis had given my over to Mike. Mike was nice at first, but then once the dealing started he turned money hungry. I told him flat out what I had to spend and I could/would not go over. He came back with an offer and I ended up walking out after the fourth time of him making me feel like I was doing somthing wrong with my parents buying me the car. I left crying the first time. I got half way home and they called me back and said they would do the deal my parents gave them. Now, the car was used and was just traded into the lot. It is a very clean car on the inside. I love my car. I do have brake issues that they say they have fixed, but after two months my brakes are still squeaking. I call and they tell me I have to bring it in and pay $200 to get them fixed. I should not have to pay that. Mike didn't make the money off of the car like he wanted. When my mom calls into talk to Mike he gives her attitude. I was in there once and he walked by me a dozen times and didn't say onething to me. Travis, however, has been more than generous. He has been very nice to my mom as well, but he was not our car salesman. Also, when we made this deal Mike told me it should be about 10 days before we get your plate. About three days after buying the car my mom gets a phone call that they need $600 more for my plates. It was out understanding that it was in the deal, but no it wasn't. I don't have the money to buy an expensive car, and yes it is my fault my credit is messed up, but because of that Mike made me feel less worthy of this car buying experience. He told me I had to spend $10,000 or more to be able to spin the wheel. You know once I graduate from college and get a degree and find my job making good money I might have went back there to buy a $20,000 car, but I will never be back. They have lost all my business and I will never recommend someone to go in there. I was refered and the person that refered me wasn't even given her $100 for the referal. I never had any kind of attituted with anyone. I had been searching for a new car for months and had had been dragged, run over, stomped on, and everything else by dealerships throughout Orlando. I had high hopes that working with Sutherlin Nissan it was going to be different, but I was wrong. Not a good experience and not a happy customer. More

I spent a couple weeks driving to dealership after dealership looking for a new, or slightly used Murano. The prices were mostly the same but I felt like I was getting jerked around with everyone I s dealership looking for a new, or slightly used Murano. The prices were mostly the same but I felt like I was getting jerked around with everyone I spoke to. I eventually made it to Sutherlin to take a look around. During my visit I met one of the sales people, Mike Eddy who took the time to let me drive a new Murano and a used Murano. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured. The price on the new model was slightly better than the other locations, and I really liked the quality of service there, so I purchased that day. Going through financing was reasonably quick and I feel I made it out the door with a good deal and less stress than I would have elsewhere. Much to my surprise, I even got a call from Mike a few days later to ask how the new SUV was working out. We plan to get a new car for my wife within the next year and this will definitely be my first stop. More
I bought a brand new Nissan Versa from this dealership. It was my very first car and I was very excited. During the process of buying the car the staff was very friendly. However, once I signed the papers my experience went downhill. When they gave me my car, they said they had cleaned it but it was obvious they did not. The floors were dirty and there was stains on the doors. With this I should have inspected my car closer but I didn't because I trusted them. Three months later, I decided to check my car out because I was just curious. I found a piece of plastic taped with masking tape to my bumper. I recognized it because its the kind they use at body shops to paint cars. I inspected further and found a tire track mark on my back seat and I also saw that the back covering in my trunk looked like it was forced. There was also scratches near the tailights, like they had taken them out to fix something. At this I was very surprised because I had never used my trunk before. I also noticed that I was having trouble with my alignment. I knew something was wrong because a car with less than 3,000 miles should not have this problem especially when I take extremely good care of it. I contacted the dealership and they told me to bring the car in. I did and they "inspect it". They did a point inspection and when I got my car back the front bumper was all scratched and dirty. When I told them, they buffered it out. As for what I found all they did was, take the plastic piece and threw it away, the service guys cleaned the tire mark and replaced a cap. That's it. To me they just got rid of the evidence. I came back again probably a week later because they told me to come in to fix the scratches, I brought it and it took them a week to fix 2 scratches and when I got my car back it had 2 new scratches near the taillights and one side of it was all dirty with buffing material. I have never seen such a poor job or service before. I was very displeased so I contacted US Marine. He told me to bring the car in once more to fix the new scratches, when I came in all he did was take my keys and send a worker to set me up with a rental. I didn't even get to explain what's wrong with the car. I have never been treated with such disrespect before. My advice don't buy from this dealership, and if you do inspect you car thoroughly! More
Little over a month ago, my friend and I had visited Sutherlin Nissan to purchase a 2013 Pathfinder (and trade in my van). Our salesman was Aiman Mohamed. He made us wait outside the showroom for a good Sutherlin Nissan to purchase a 2013 Pathfinder (and trade in my van). Our salesman was Aiman Mohamed. He made us wait outside the showroom for a good 20 minutes while he went in to look for the keys to the test drive vehicle. When he came out, he realized it was the wrong key and went back in for another 5-10 minutes. Aiman couldn’t answer simple questions regarding the vehicle eg. I had asked him how to work the ‘dual’ option for the A/C; he played around with the button a few times and then said ‘I will have to look at the user’s manual’. I thought this was a small issue and didn’t get overworked with his lack of knowledge about the SUV. We then started talking about the deal. I asked him a simple question: would the 6.5% tax be applied to the difference between the trade-in and the vehicle price or the whole price of the vehicle. He said he wasn’t sure and called another colleague who answered me immediately. Aiman did give me a good value for the trade in, however, when I asked him the final price that I would have to pay for the pathfinder, he gave me a figure (and when making the payment, charged me $800 more). I crosschecked the figure with him several times before making any further discussion. He confirmed that it was the right amount. When it came to making the payment, he first said I could use two credit cards, then said that wasn’t possible. But after a few minutes agreed. When it came to paying the remaining amount, the final figure was $800 more than what he had said previously. He called his manager Jonathan Santos, who re-did the calculations; the correct amount was actually $800 more than what Aiman had said. Aiman’s response to this was ‘I’m human. I make mistakes. I am not an accountant’. Hello, Aiman, neither am I an accountant. It is your job to make sure the numbers are right. Then, Jonathan starts yelling at me as if it was my fault. He started making threats. Eventually, we settled to pay $350 more than what Aiman had stated. So, if the salesman is so ignorant, not only about the vehicle itself, but also about the procedure involved; and the manger is such an arrogant fellow…that give’s the dealership a bad name. When I finally got the keys to my vehicle, and after the ‘spin the wheel’ drama, (where I won $50 and have still not received it), Aiman just walked off. That’s the kind of treatment you get at this dealership (atleast by this ignorant salesperson). It’s been more than a month since I purchased the vehicle, there has been no follow up call. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. These guys are rude and arrogant. The sad part is that even the manger turned out to be a jerk. More

I have never written a review in life but I feel obligated to do so because of my experience at Sutherlin Nissan Orlando. I bought a Nissan Altima, 2013 from these people on 05/15/13. The finance ma obligated to do so because of my experience at Sutherlin Nissan Orlando. I bought a Nissan Altima, 2013 from these people on 05/15/13. The finance manager, Tarik Issa, said that he can get me the lowest interest rate because he had friends at PNC Bank. This should have been my first red flag because I assumed I would get a low interest rate based on my credit history and credit score. Then he said I would have to buy the extended warranty plan to get the low interest rate. For reasons beyond me, maybe it was excited about getting the car or the other conversations he was leading me into; I did not realize the price of the extended warrant. Yes, I have gone over this in my head, over and over again. My downfall was going into this listening, trusting and not reading/reviewing the documents. I have never bought a car by myself before, which was another downfall - going by myself, and being female. What was interesting was during the whole conversation, he, Tarik, never once said the cost of the extended plan. So I drove my new car home and was talking to a friend about the interest rate being tired into the extended warranty. I just thought that was odd still. He said that cannot be the case. So I went to Sutherlin Nissan and asked to cancel the extended warranty. I was told by another finance manager, I believe his name was Jonathan that I had to wait six months before I can cancel the plan because if I cancel it now, I will only get half my money back. I explained to Jonathan that I was just there at 8 pm yesterday to complete this transaction and I don't understand why it cannot be cancelled. He said, all paperwork has been completed and they received their money from PNC Bank already. He said when someone has good credit things move faster so I cannot cancel it. Yesterday, I received the paperwork regarding the extended plan in the mail. This is what it states 'If the VSC is cancelled within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase, then you will receive a full refund less any claims paid..." Why did they lie about it? Why must people do things like that? Why? I am sure Mr. Issa gets some kind of commission or something in six months. Yesterday, I also contacted PNC Bank, gave them my social, and they pulled up my account. I asked Ashley at PNC Bank, what will happen if I cancel the extended warranties. I was told the warrant has nothing to do with PNC Bank. She said they will receive something regarding the refund for the extended warranties, which will be applied to my loan. It will not reduce my payments; however it will reduce the principle of the loan. Again, why did they lie about this? What friend could Tarik Issa really have at PNC Bank that will just approve a loan based on friendship and not based on responsibility and reliability of PNC receiving their money from the customer. I received a call from someone in their so called customer service department and was told that US Marine will contact me. She also reported that this was not the first time someone complained about similar situations regarding Tarik Issa. Funny thing about the call from Mr. Marine, he was the first person I spoke to when I called the dealership about the car. He introduced himself, told me he was the owner discussed his unique name, and told me to call and ask for him if I had any questions or concerns. He was easily available then but when I called back to discuss my issue...well I have not received a callback yet. I guess the customer service differs when you are in the process of buying a car versus after you have bought the car. Of course, when you buy a new car, everyone is excited, you want to show it off, people want to know where you bought it....it suppose to be an exciting thing. I unfortunately, have to go into this whole story about my experience, the lies I was told...It is taking away from the joy of my buying my first new car and it sucks. I will be damned though if I allow this to happen to me again. To me, Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando sucks. The thought of having to go back there today to have this resolved and have this extended warranty cancelled is making me sick to my stomach because I feel like I will be entering some kind of evil wolf pack. I hate people that lie. More
