From the moment we walked in RJ treated us like family and we were very honest with him and he was very honest with us (the way my husband and I are with our guests (we do sales). After about an hour or so we had found the car--RJ went above and beyond to help us find a car that would suit our needs and especially our budget. Edgar was awesome!!! He totally was very real with us and explained the financing so we could understand (more like my husband understand). The next time we came in for the oil change (we bought the car close to their closing time) we ran into US and he got everything taken care of with the maintenance guys--they even washed the car for us again!! We have learned our lesson and will buy from this dealership again! More

This transaction really changed the way I felt about purchasing a vehicle in a very positive way. When I came in to Sutherlin Nissan for the first time I expected the typical New/Used Car pressure tactics and had my defenses up from the very beginning. Aaron D'Amico had set an appointment up for me to expected the typical New/Used Car pressure tactics and had my defenses up from the very beginning. Aaron D'Amico had set an appointment up for me to come and look at a 2013 Nissan Titan that they had certified pre-owned of which I found over the internet. He called me the morning of the day I had setup an afternoon appointment to advise that unfortunately the truck had been sold but not to worry he had a similar 2013 for me to look at and assured me it would be a great price comparable to the other 2013 I had seen on the internet. When I got there Aaron had the vehicle waiting for me to view right up front. He introduced himself and immediately started asking questions about what I was looking for as it related to options, what made me think about looking at the purchase of a new truck, etc. He really made the process easy to discuss a new vehicle option and did not come across pushy or trying to make a sale just for the sake of getting another unit sold for the day. I looked over the 2013 unit that he had suggested and told him thank you but it was not what I was looking for as it related to options, overall condition, etc. He quickly told me to give him a few minutes and see if he could find a brand new 2014 that matched the elevated option package and assured me it would be in my range of price that we discussed. I laughed and shook my head in dis-belief but gave him the chance to show me what he could do. Sure enough he brought me over to a beautiful 2014 Nissan Titan SV that has just been delivered a few days ago and I thought to myself "there is no way I can afford something like this" and when I saw the sticker I was reluctant to even continue having a conversation with him. He asked me to go on a test drive and I agreed all though the entire time telling him this is not going to work as my price range is much lower then what he this truck could ever be sold for. After taking the test drive and completely loving the truck, he assured me he would make it work and for the price rage I wanted to stay under. After he went and spoke with his manager he came back and told me the amazing news that he could get the truck with all of the end of year rebates from Nissan and sure enough it fell into the range of price that I told him I wanted to stay in. I happen to be a commercial banker by trade so I assumed he was going to sell me on the payment option but in fact the price was what I wanted to ensure he kept at a certain marker, and he did. Ok now I am thinking there has got to be some fine print, hidden fees, financing terms, or something that is going to come as we sit down that I will have to get up and walk from that they are not telling me. Farouk Hinaoui introduced himself to me and put me at ease explaining the changes that had happened in the car business and how the consumers are protected from any hidden fees, or any other items that used to maybe occur in the car business years and years ago. Further they are a volume dealer and they truly earn their revenue from selling very large units of cars at very small margins. I listened and even though still having my guard up gave Farouk a chance to show me what my terms would be. Sure enough I was right, I knew this would happen. The terms were worse than I had wanted and started to say thank you and appreciate your time when he said hold on let me see what I can do. I thought what can really be done as I know this is based on my credit score. I have good credit so I know I deserved a rate of about half of what was being offered and I explained that it would have to be at this amount (which was very low in overall rate terms) for me to be motivated to sell my current truck to them as I had currently a very aggressive rate from a Credit Union. We talked a little more about options and he assured me he could find a partner to get me the terms I wanted. I still felt like it was not going to happen when he looked up and smiled and said I think we have it. I thought sure he does he then turned the screen over to me and showed me exactly what rate I was able to be approved for, the terms I wanted, and the best part was that I could keep my price intact with no changes. I was shocked, surprised, excited, and still could not believe it. I said ok if the contract reads like this then I think we have a deal, of course I thought the contract would have something hidden in it so I was still cautiously pessimistic. He printed everything out and we went over all the numbers he let me read all of the fine print, I reviewed every line item, small print, and even went through the numbers with my calculator and I could not believe my eyes when as he had told me it was the deal I wanted and both Aaron and Farouk had promised me they would make happen for me. Needless to say I am the proud new owner of 2014 Nissan Titan SV and could not be happier with the customer service, professionalism, and overall treatment that I was given by Sutherlin Nissan and their amazing employees. I will be referring anyone and everyone I know when I hear they want a new car! Thanks guys for making my experience amazing! More

I was working with two different dealerships for a similar car with about the same mileage and both were close in the price. I just wanted to say that my experience with this dealership by far exceeded my expectations. I had previously purchased five vehicles from a competitor Nissan dealership and was very partial to the dealership by far exceeded my expectations. I had previously purchased five vehicles from a competitor Nissan dealership and was very partial to them. I came across a vehicle at Sutherlin I was interested in and called to inquire. The staff online/internet and over the phone were a pleasure to deal with. When I arrived the following day they were one of the most professional and courteous dealerships that I have ever encountered. I can truly say I was more than pleased in dealing with Sutherlin and they can rest assured I am a customer for life.
