Great dealership to work with. Started off on line and then contacted Aaron J. D'Amico and he answered all my questions. We showed up at dealership and it was the fastest and easiest process from start t then contacted Aaron J. D'Amico and he answered all my questions. Later Mr. Edgar Jimenez joined us, and we were very pleased to meet him also, very professional we discussed about the car that we really wanted, about financing and he demonstrated his knowledge all around. Every employee around was very friendly, you can feel that everyone is happy and friendly. We love our Altima, ver pleased with the service and I will recommend this Dealer as #1!! After looking on the internet for car deals I came across Sutherlin and decided to come in for a test drive. I was not looking forward to dealing with buying a car as have had unpleasant experience in the past however Charlie changed my mind. He took the time with me and was not pushy at all, which made making a decision on buying a car from Sutherlin very easy. If all sales representatives were like Charlie McAllister then more people would enjoy car buying. His professionalism and compassion is characteristic of management and I was surprised to learn he was not a manager. I have recommended Sutherlin and specifically Charlie to my family and friends for their future car purchase. More

My wife and I decided to look for a new car. We planned to visit three dealerships and made our first stop at Sutherlin Nissan. We had never met before and we told him we were looking for a new car, preferably an Altima or Versa but also willing to look at the Sentra. Charlie was very accommodating and began showing us various models on the lot. We found Charlie to be very knowledgeable of the products and answered all our questions without hesitation. He gave us opportunity take cars for test drives which helped us to make a better decision. He was patient with us and gave us space to talk things over. After about an hour, we made our decision to purchase a new Altima. Charlie had done such a good job in representing you company and Nissan products that we decided there was no reason to visit other dealerships. He worked with us on pricing and we found the whole process to be very efficient. Your finance manager did a very good job as well. More

Customer service is the key in bringing on new business. Customer service is extremely important to retain that business. This was my first visit to Sutherlin dealership in Orlando. I will bullet point my experience. - No one greeted us as we entered the service station - Walked into the dealership saw (4) gentlemen working on the left - neither one greeted us - Had to approach them for assistance - their response was "someone at the desk will be with you in a moment" - the desk was on the right - We made eye contact with a young lady and she just walked away - I understand she was busy but a simple, "I will be with you in a moment" would have been nice - When the young girl came back she stated, "someone will be with you in a moment" - she went on to say, " I haven't had lunch" - I understand it might be difficult to eat lunch when it's busy. I just don't appreciate it being announced. It makes me feel like I'm bothering. - A gentlemen stopped by to assist us. - He wrote up the work order, was pleasant in his delivery. Although I rather have his tattoos covered. After all this is a professional business. - As my wife and I waited I noticed the area was not clean. Trash can full, tables were messy, computer station messy too. I don't believe the employees were ever coached on how to run customer service. I don't blame them, I believe the managers or leaders should set the example and continue to coach those that do not live the brand. My goal is to provide some examples of how the dealership can grow from a customer service standpoint which ultimately increases profits. I hope this information proves to be useful to the dealership. More
