Derrick the manager in service is extremely rude and most definitely has a bad attitude towards women if they have questions about things he have said, I brought my car in for a oil change on 12/16/24 a week definitely has a bad attitude towards women if they have questions about things he have said, I brought my car in for a oil change on 12/16/24 a week later my check engine light came on , I took the car back to them on 12-23-24, Derrick stated that the techs would look at it and he will give me a call, I spoke with Derrick on 12/24 asking him did they have any information about the car he said no he will call me back that was at 9:30 that morning, around 4:00 pm I called back and was told they were gone for the day. On 12/26 I called inquiring about my call and stated that he didn’t call me back and that’s when he told me that they looked at the car and something about spark plugs and if they are careful taking them off it would be one price vans if they aren’t then it will be another price ,I asked Derrick why this issue wasn’t on the inspection sheet when I picked up my car and that it said everything was fine with my car and the only thing I would need in the future is some tires, what I asked that for this man went on to tell me he don’t know what I want him to say and that if I want to done pick my car up he isn’t going to go back and forth with me about this and stated he had nothing else to say , I asked to speak with his boss he then says I’ll have him to contact you but you can come get your car, I never got a call from the manager I had to call myself to locate his manager Fisher and he was unaware of Derrick behavior apologize and said he was going to talk with Derick, Derrick needs not to be in that business if he is rude to customers, I understand every customer isn’t going to be the best but you still show respect!! More
