While I appreciate getting scheduled for service quickly, I’m disappointed that they didn’t do a more thorough service. Tires and not fully inflated and I’m still worried about the battery failing over the w I’m disappointed that they didn’t do a more thorough service. Derrick is an awesome service manager! My dissatisfaction is now having to drive from Montgomery to Prattville "and" sit and wait, no pickup and delivery service, very small and crowded wa My dissatisfaction is now having to drive from Montgomery to Prattville "and" sit and wait, no pickup and delivery service, very small and crowded waiting area, and I didn't see any outlets to charge devices. Saturday services for at least oil changes will be great for those who work and don't live in Prattville. More
