I drove 6 hours round trip to buy a 2024 QX55. They were suppose to detail it before I left and I should have checked better, but when I got home I had to spend several hours cleaning sticker/wrap residue all over the passenger side, roof of the car, and 2 tire rims. Then they "lost" my paperwork so it took 3 months, several phone calls, and several trips to the dmv for them to get everything needed just to transfer my tag to the new vehicle. I have zero confidence in their ability to execute a sale properly and will never go there again. More
