DO NOT go to Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ! They use deceptive practices in their parts and service department. I was pre-charged for a part that I didn’t even need for my truck after paying $195 just for them to diagnose the problem incorrectly! (I ended up fixing the correct issue myself for $60) When I called to get the part refunded they told me that I needed it installed. When told them the time that I was available, they didn’t have anything available for them. Whenever I called they told me that someone would call me back and they never did. I went in today to get the refund for the $165 oxygen sensor, to be told that the sensor is obsolete and can not be refunded…an oxygen sensor, the most commonly replaced sensor is obsolete! The business is based on defrauding their customers. More
I have been a Jeep person since my first Jeep that I bought in 1991. I drove that first Jeep a few hundred thousand miles. And passed it on to one of my children who drove it another hundred thousand mi bought in 1991. I drove that first Jeep a few hundred thousand miles. And passed it on to one of my children who drove it another hundred thousand miles probably. I bought two Jeeps since then from Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because I had a family member who worked there. And I love Jeeps. I was always treated fairly well at Susquehanna. A few months back I got a recall notice from Jeep for my clutch. I called Susquehanna Jeep to order the parts to do the replacement of the clutch that was recalled. I was informed at that time that it would take weeks to get the part in. I waited about a month and still no call. So I called Susquehanna Jeep. I was then told that they had no record of me calling or ordering the parts from the service writers. At that point the service writer Holly assured me that she talked directly to Mark at her parts department and made sure that they ordered my clutch. Again I was told it would take a few weeks. A few weeks went by still no call. So I called the service again. And was informed at that time that my part was in fact in. At that point I scheduled the appointment with the service manager Aaron for today to drop my Jeep off to get the recalled clutch installed. I set up the appointment with the loaner car Option because I was told it could take a day and a half to install the clutch and waiting for my Jeep probably would not be an option. When I get there for my morning appointment at 7:00 a.m. that was confirmed. And driving the half an hour to get there at 7:00 a.m.. I was told that they had no record of me reserving the loaner car. After telling the service writer Holly what I went through to get the part and then making the time away from work to get there driving 30 minutes from my home. And close to an hour to where I work in Maryland. The response was. Well I don't know who you talk to but there was no loner car scheduled for you. And sorry, I can reschedule it in a very non-sympathetic tone. One that left me feeling like it was all my fault and I'm an idiot. And she has better things to do. Is this the kind of customer service you give to people that buy 40 some thousand dollar vehicles at your dealership? And that are also repeat buyers? Very disappointed. More
My 2014 Ram 1500 had 250,000 miles on it and needed a cam and lifters. Aaron guided me through the quote and replaced my motor with a minimum of disruption in my schedule. I was given a great loaner that f and lifters. Aaron guided me through the quote and replaced my motor with a minimum of disruption in my schedule. I was given a great loaner that fit my needs. I received my truck a day earlier than promised. Aaron was honest and eager to please in all aspects of the service project. Susquehanna has earned my respect and business moving forward. More
Been going to Susquehanna Jeep since 2009 and had zero issues when Joe was the service manager. For the last two plus years, the service department has really gone downhill. Every time I would take my J issues when Joe was the service manager. For the last two plus years, the service department has really gone downhill. Every time I would take my Jeep in for something, they would tell me I needed something else. Told me I needed brakes about three weeks after having new brakes put on all the way around; told me I needed a new air filter within a month of putting in a new one; told me I needed two catalytic converters a few months after replacing them and the exhaust; told me I needed a new engine and then two other places including another Jeep dealer said the engine doesn’t need replaced; etc. Took my Jeep to them when I could feel my brakes grinding and asked to have them checked. Within just 15 minutes they said my car was ready....... told me they checked all the brakes and they were fine but that they adjusted my brake pedal. A few hundred miles later I went to Meineke for an oil change. They called me into their shop to show me that my brakes were completely worn down and had damaged my rotors to the point they needed to be replaced. After my husband called Susquehanna and confronted them, they agreed to replace the brakes and rotors for free. Recently I was there again to have them remove and grease my door pins because they were frozen. A few minutes later, they came to the waiting area to tell me it would take at least 4-5 hours at $140/hour to unfreeze the pins because they needed to be “heated” off and then the door hinges and pins would all need to be replaced. I told them not to do it. My husband ordered a little tool he needed to put against the pins as you tap them out. Within 30 minutes, the pins were unfrozen and the doors were off! I have had enough of this dealership and their constant lies. More

Work was preformed expertly and on schedule. I requested any necessary communication be by email as I was on a business trip. It was….I was kept informed of progress and completion of four minor issues. Pickup was quick and easy. The Asst Service Manager, Joe Camillo and Susq Jeep get my highest rating. Note: I have another Jeep Dealer about 2 miles away, I drive 20 because the trip is well worth it. Unfortunately I bought this 2014 GC at the other dealer because it was close. That will not happen again, I will travel to Susq Jeep for Service and Sales. More
